Trust, archive and craft are already yours. We add the digital storefront, member portal, paywall and the marketing flywheel that monetizes the audience you already command.

Marie to a multi-location franchise in three countries.
Marketing today is fragmented. Most businesses end up juggling a web agency, a designer, an SEO consultant, a social media freelancer, a hosting reseller and a paid-media specialist, all in different time zones, all telling different stories, and somehow all expecting you to be the project manager.
We started MarketingHub to fix that. A single, accountable team that can ship the strategy, build the site, run the campaign, automate the workflows and host the result. One scope. One invoice. One number to call.
From our base in Canada, we serve clients across Canada, the United States and worldwide: print media veterans modernising their digital, software vendors needing a marketing arm, franchises scaling local presence, nonprofits making every dollar count, and the long tail of small and medium businesses that have been told for too long that proper marketing is only for enterprises.
It isn't. It just needed someone willing to put it under one roof, write the scope honestly, and stand behind the result.
If we aren't the right partner for your project, we will tell you. That has to be true on day one, or none of the rest of this matters.Operating principle
Five facts that tell you most of what you need to know about how we operate, before you read another word.
These are the rules we hire against, scope against and deliver against. If they don't match how you want to work, we're probably not the right partner, and we'll say so.
The people who scope the work are the people doing the work. No bait-and-handoff, no junior swap after kickoff.
We design to PIPEDA and GDPR standards by default, including data handling, consent and retention.
We measure success by what your business actually gains, leads, revenue, time saved, not deliverable counts.
omnichannel support, email, phone, WhatsApp, live chat and an in-portal ticket system.
The same five-step engagement model, whether it's a five-page website or a national franchise rollout. Same rigour, scaled to the scope.
A first call, free, 30 minutes. We learn the business, the goal and the constraint. No slide deck, no sales pitch, no obligation.
A short paid discovery: audit what exists, find the gaps in the funnel, decide what's worth fixing first. You keep the document either way.
Scope, milestones, success metrics and a fixed quote. If it's a retainer, the rate card is published before kickoff, not negotiated mid-flight.
The senior people who scoped the work do the work. Weekly progress, ship to staging, then to production, with you in the loop the whole time.
Post-launch, we measure what shipped, share the numbers and propose what to do next. Retainers move from build mode to grow mode.
What most teams find frustrating about working with traditional agencies, and the choice we made to do it differently.
Our platform was built around the workflows of these audiences. If you don't see your category, talk to us, we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
The platform was built around the workflows of these sectors. Repeat engagements in each, real case studies, references on request.

Related case studies →Public, written, and the same for every client. If we can't keep one of these on a particular engagement, we tell you upfront, not after delivery.
Every site we ship targets WCAG 2.2 AA. Real keyboard navigation, real screen-reader semantics, real colour contrast, not a plugin overlay.
PIPEDA and GDPR by default. Consent banners that respect "no", data residency where you need it, retention policies in writing.
HTTPS, HSTS, CSP, CSRF protection, dependency audits and a vulnerability-disclosure address that actually gets read.
Written quotes before work starts. Mission-aligned pricing for NGOs. No retainer trap, no scope creep, no "integration fees" we forgot to mention.
If your question isn't here, just ask. We answer everything in the first reply, and we send written quotes (no verbal handshakes).
Both, by design. The team is senior in-house operators: designers, developers, marketers and strategists. The platform is the shared internal tooling, templates, runbooks and integrations that keep quality consistent and engagements affordable.
You hire the people. You benefit from the platform.
Three models, your pick:
1. Fixed-scope fixed-price, for projects with clear deliverables. Quote, milestones, sign-off, done.
2. Flat monthly retainer, for ongoing work. The rate card is written down before kickoff and reviewed every quarter.
3. Hourly, only when neither fits, which is rare. You always get the discovery document, scope and pricing in writing before work starts.
Headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The team works remote-first across Canadian and U.S. time zones, with active engagements in Europe, the Middle East, India and Australia.
On-site visits are part of the quote when they're useful, not as a default.
Yes, regularly. A significant share of our engagements are private-label production for print media companies, digital agencies and IT infrastructure providers who need senior delivery capacity without growing headcount.
We sign your NDA, work under your brand, ship to your client, and stay invisible to them. Standard.
The senior person you met in discovery. We don't bait-and-handoff to juniors after kickoff. That's the whole point of how we're structured.
If a specialist joins, for example, a 3D artist for a virtual tour or a copywriter for a long-form campaign, they're introduced and named in the scope before you sign.
It depends on the type of engagement we agreed to:
Custom development (websites, apps, integrations, automations built from scratch): yes, all of it. Source code, design files, brand assets, accounts (hosting, DNS, Google Business Profile, ad platforms, analytics), licensing, documentation and admin credentials are transferred to you on day one of handover.
Managed SaaS, website-builder & platform plans: you own your content, your domain, your brand assets and your admin login. The underlying platform code and infrastructure stay on our managed environment so we can keep it patched, scaled and secure. If you ever decide to migrate off, we provide a clean content and data export, plus introductions to alternative providers.
Whichever model fits your project is written into the engagement letter before work starts.
Tell us anyway. If we can't help directly, we'll point you to someone who can; no commission, no referral fee, no strings.
A lot of our long-term clients started with what they thought was a "small" project.
Within one business day for first replies on new enquiries. For active clients, within hours during their time zone.
Emergencies, security incidents, site outages, ad-account issues, have a separate process documented in your engagement letter.
The stack that's right for your team to maintain, not ours. We're fluent in static sites (HTML/CSS/JS, Astro, 11ty), CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Sanity, Contentful), application frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, Laravel, Django), ecommerce (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom), and the integrations around them.
We pick boring over clever. Cleverness ages badly; boring is still running in five years.
Yes, that's most of what we do. The "one team, all eight disciplines" model is the option, not the requirement. Hire us for the one thing you need, see whether you like working with us, and add scope only if it helps.
