What you can resell.

How white-label is "white-label"?
On Pro and Elite, deliverables carry your brand only and we never contact your client directly. On Starter, deliverables are co-branded. In every tier the client relationship, the invoice and the renewal belong to you.
Who owns the client?
You do, always. That is written into the reseller agreement. If you leave the program, your clients stay yours and we hand over all assets and access.
What's the commitment?
Starter has no monthly fee, pay per order. Pro and Elite run on a 3-month minimum, then 30-day rolling, cancel with 30 days written notice.
How do quotes and turnaround work?
Every order is scoped and quoted in writing before work starts, with a delivery date on the quote. Response times follow your tier, shared inbox on Starter, 4-hour business response on Pro, 1-hour priority on Elite.
